Channel packs

Channel packs are bundles of parent-recommended YouTube channels grouped by age, subject, or interest. They help you start faster, while still keeping the final approved list under your control.

How packs work

A channel pack adds several channels to a child profile at once. Packs can be grouped around learning, STEM, creativity, entertainment, movement, age range, or other family-friendly themes.

Packs are recommendations, not a locked catalog. After installing a pack, remove any channel that does not fit your family.

Installing a pack

  1. Open the parent dashboard.
  2. Choose the child profile that should receive the pack.
  3. Browse available channel packs.
  4. Install the pack, then review the channels it added.
  5. Remove individual channels if needed.

Packs do not change the whitelist model

Even when a pack is installed, the child still only sees approved channels. Kivvie does not open the full YouTube feed or recommendations.
