Install Kivvie on Android
Kivvie runs as the child viewing app on Android phones and tablets. Parents approve channels from the web dashboard, then the Android app shows only those approved channels with Shorts, comments, recommendations, and the normal YouTube feed removed.
Download from Google Play
Install Kivvie on the child's Android phone or tablet from Google Play. Sign in with the same Google account you use for the parent dashboard, then choose the child profile for that device.
Open Kivvie on Google PlayUse with Google Family Link
Kivvie controls which YouTube channels are available inside the child app. Google Family Link can still control device time, app installs, permissions, and access to other YouTube surfaces.
For the cleanest setup, approve the channels in Kivvie first, then use Family Link to limit or remove other YouTube access on the device.
