Billing and plans
Kivvie has a free plan for trying the whitelist model and paid plans for families who need unlimited children and channels. Billing is managed from the parent web dashboard.
Free plan
The free plan includes 1 child profile and 5 approved channels. It is enough to try the child app, test the whitelist approach, and decide whether Kivvie fits your family.
Paid plans
Paid plans unlock unlimited child profiles and unlimited approved channels. Kivvie supports monthly, yearly, and lifetime options.
Checkout and subscription management happen on the web dashboard, not inside the child app.
Cancellation and plan changes
You can cancel from the Plan page in the parent dashboard. Paid access remains available until the end of the current billing period, then the account returns to the free plan.
Account and billing emails are still sent even if marketing email preferences are disabled, because those messages are required for account and payment operations.
Children cannot manage billing
Billing controls are available only from the parent dashboard. The child app does not include checkout, plan changes, or payment screens.
